- US Citizens
- Lawful Permanent Resident
- Green Card Holders

- Spouses of U.S. Citizens
- Non-immigrant/Temporary visas such as E-2 visas, Student Visas, etc.
- Anyone in the middle of an investigation while waiting for a visa in exchange
- EB-2 National Interest Waiver applicants
